Q: What is the best time to practice?
A: It is best to practice in the morning or the early evening. A morning yoga session can leave you active & energized for the rest of the day. Evening practice can be quite relaxing, will help release stress & you can instantly feel great.

Q: Can I eat before my yoga practice?
A: In yoga practice we twist from side to side, turn upside down, and bend forward and backward. If your meal have not fully digested, you are going to feel uncomfortable and you may not be able to give your best in your practice. When you are empty stomach, you feel more light, ready to move, bend, twist and play along.

Q: Is it fine to practice yoga during mensturation?
A: Yes! It is absolutely fine to practice yoga during your periods. Some might feel comfortable during this time, and some might not. So pay attention to how you feel, not only during this time, but in life too.

Q: Is it healthy for my muscles to shake?
A: Yes & No. Find a right balance of growth and comfort. Shaking muscles during yoga  practice signifies that it is getting stronger, a good thing! But you must be able to inhale & exhale smoothly. Anything that leads to discomfort, you should avoid totally.

Q: How to clean my mat?
A: A solution of warm water & mild detergent is good enough to clean your mat. Thoroughly hand wash the mat and rinse in clean water. Then let it air dry.
