Bhujangasana is an excellent pose to work on the back. It also helps in relieving back pain if practice properly. Try to practice atleast 3 rounds of cobra. You may begin with an easier variation of this asana.

Trikonasana

This asana works a whole lot of muscles in the body. It works on arms, legs, thighs, back, chest etc. An excellent to tone the body. Try to hold the pose for about 30 seconds to 1 minute to see the difference.
