Few asanas one can do to heal in back pain
Cobra / Bhujangasana
It is an excellent pose to relieve back pain. There are a couple of variations available of cobra, begin with whatever suits you and then gradually you may do the higher version. In back pain, it is essential that you do not practice such poses that could trigger the pain further.
Listen to yourself, move with ease and your body will heal.
Do 3-5 times.
Bridge Pose / Setubhanduasana
Another excellent pose in back pain. There are many poses to practice while in back pain to strengthen the body and improve blood circulation. This pose is a must as it greatly improves the strength in the back and hips. Also, you feel more pain the back due to low strength in your legs, thighs, abdomen etc.
Practice at least 3-5 rounds.
