A: Yes, these yoga lessons with be helpful in curing these lifestyle disorders.
Q. I have knee pain, can I join and practice with you?
A: Yes, you can, we will help online with moderations to make it easy for you.
Q: Can I eat before yoga practice?
A: A heavy meal should be finished before 2 hours of your practice. A light meal, a cup of tea can be consumed before 1 hour of your practice.
